Return or Exchange Policy

  • We offer a hassle free Return and exchange for 7 days after delivery of the product. A free of charge reverse pickup will be arranged for you to all the serviceable pin codes.
  • In case of non serviceable pin codes charges for sending the package will be refunded upto 100/-
    • Shipping Address for customer returns: 1st floor,1628, New Shivpuri, Railway Road, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN 245101.
    • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the Order ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.
  • While sending the product kindly record a video to avoid any discrepancy in the future.
  • Kindly return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been used, a refund would not be provided.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. 
  • Refund shall be initiated within 5-7 business days after receiving the return package, in the bank account shared by the customer.
  • Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

NOTE:

  • Clearance & End of season sale is not eligible for Return or Refund but can be exchanged in case, if the product is defective or having size issues.

  • Diwali Edition* is not eligible for Return or exchange.

      • We do not accept return/exchange on international orders i.e. out of India orders.
      • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
